They do to me!

I spent most of my life living with

undiagnosed ADHD.

On the outside I looked pretty successful, I had ran a few small businesses, had some wins in the corporate world, but I kept repeating the cycle of getting bored or burnt out and searching for the next thing.

Once I received answers in the form of my ADHD diagnosis I dove head first into learning everything I could about this unique brain wiring and re-imaging how I approached my everyday life and my long-term goals.

I’ve combined my experience in the fields of psychology, employee coaching and my training as an ADHD coach into a unique group coaching program for adults with ADHD.

By the end of our six weeks together you will gain both practical skills for coping with ADHD symptoms and tools to help you re-frame your negative self perceptions and create lasting change in your life.

Here's a breakdown of what my 6 week program will cover!

Weeks 1-3:

Building a strong foundation for change

We will begin our time together with a focus on building the foundational habits that help us manage ADHD. We will dive into sleep, nutrition, movement and how to understand and manage our capacity.

Weeks 4-6:

Mind

In the second half of our time together we will dig a little deeper into understanding the impact of ADHD on our inner world. We will explore emotional dysregulation, strategies for calming our nervous systems, navigating through overwhelm and overcoming ways we self-sabotage.
